At Moon Magic, we want you to feel as radiant as the jewelry you wear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Moon Magic box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
